1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 92dadu platform at 92dadu.one, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 92dadu, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), live casino games, slots and instant-win games, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through the 92dadu platform now or in the future.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.2 Underage Accounts. If 92dadu determines, at any time and at its sole discretion, that a user is or was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or any subsequent use, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance remaining on the account will be forfeited. 92dadu will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage user prior to account closure.

2.3 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. 92dadu does not represent that its services are available or legally permissible in all locations. By using 92dadu, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations regarding online gaming.

2.4 Competence. You confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not under any form of legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 92dadu. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device identifier, payment method, or any other attribute — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 92dadu is not responsible for any loss or disruption arising from inaccurate registration details.

3.3 Verification. 92dadu reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your 92dadu account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits or balances held therein.

4 Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92dadu login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these to any third party under any circumstances. 92dadu will never request your password via email, chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 92dadu immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 92dadu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Shared Devices. If you access 92dadu from a shared or public device, you are responsible for logging out fully after each session and ensuring your credentials are not saved on that device. 92dadu accepts no liability for losses arising from access to your account via a shared device.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Methods. 92dadu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and their applicable limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 PKR Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You are responsible for any currency conversion costs if your payment method operates in a different currency.

5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods registered to a third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. By using 92dadu, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on 92dadu are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the 92dadu platform.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. 92dadu reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the platform suspects fraud, collusion, or exploitation of pricing errors. A bet is only accepted once a confirmation is displayed or provided to the user within the platform.

6.3 PSL and Cricket Markets. Cricket betting markets on 92dadu, including PSL fixture markets, are subject to official match result verification. In cases of match abandonment, cancellation, or other exceptional circumstances, 92dadu's ruling on market settlement will be final and binding, consistent with the platform's published cricket betting rules.

6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets on 92dadu reflect real-time match data. During live betting, odds may change rapidly and bets may be suspended at any time. 92dadu does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets during any event.

6.5 Pricing Errors. In the event of a manifest pricing or system error, 92dadu reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error status. 92dadu will notify affected users of any such voidance as soon as reasonably practicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 92dadu are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published on the platform at the time the offer is made available. General conditions applicable to all 92dadu promotions include:

• Promotional offers are available only to eligible users who meet the stated qualification criteria at the time of the promotion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92dadu platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to ordinary users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or syndicated betting intended to exploit market pricing.
• Depositing, transferring, or wagering funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, interfere with, or disrupt the 92dadu platform or its underlying systems.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction, suspension, or self-exclusion applied to another account.
• Exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92dadu platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game designs, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of 92dadu or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of 92dadu content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dadu's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 92dadu shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 92dadu was advised of the possibility of such damages.

92dadu does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, and circumstances beyond 92dadu's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments. 92dadu reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 92dadu following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Closure by User. You may close your 92dadu account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms and any resulting balance will be paid out via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

12.3 Account Closure by 92dadu. 92dadu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action. In cases of fraudulent activity or serious breach, 92dadu may withhold or forfeit the relevant account balance.

12.4 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 92dadu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies as determined by 92dadu from time to time.
